If we have an outdoor activity planned and the weather is unsafe or uncooperative, we’ll either reschedule or swap in an indoor backup if possible. Rescheduled club activities may be on a different day of the week or time.
Please note: Membership fees are non-refundable, even in the case of weather-related changes.
